Hey guys! I'm thrilled to have you here learning about our team. My roots run deep throughout Northeast Florida. Born in Jacksonville and raised in Fernandina Beach—I’m proud to call both cities home. Growing up surrounded by pets and wildlife sparked a lifelong passion for connecting with, and caring for animals. After 10+ years in hospitality, I shifted gears to consulting, managing and growing small businesses. Casual pet care for friends and family was always a constant in my spare time and soon grew into referrals. There was this inspiration I couldn't ignore - that I could do more for my community.
Launching Prestige Pets in 2023 didn't feel like a next-step in business—it felt as though I was answering a calling from home, shaped by the genuine care, integrity, and compassion my family instilled in me. We’re proud to be a family-run local business, and I developed Our Shared Mission to drive that original inspiration forward. My Bengal cat, Barry Allen, reminds me daily of the joy and energy pets bring into our lives. Oh yes, he's very fast!

Hi there, my name is Lauren! I am proud to support Prestige Pets as a Pet Specialist Partner and Coordinator! I am located in the Mandarin area and was born and raised here in the sunshine state of Florida. Since I was a child I have had a fascination and love for animals of all shapes and sizes, fur and scales. My first experience with pet care started over a decade ago when I began handling exotic animals such as lizards, snakes, and frogs. I currently have a red tail boa named Sasha and two orange Tabbys, my senior cat Milo and my rambunctious cat Opal. My pets are my family and mean the world to me so I understand the importance of having your pet taken care of while you're away from home. In my time as a pet owner I have gained experience administering vaccinations, pills, and liquid medications to reptiles and furry pets.
Volunteering for dog walks and other events with local animal shelters and charities is one of the ways I enjoy giving back to our communities of pets and people. I'm currently enrolled in college as a full time student, and with education being another passion of mine, I currently teach after school classes in St. Johns County while striving to develop Prestige Pets’ educational mission. I look forward to meeting you and your pets!
