You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or if you are under 18, that you are using the Services with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Services.

- Overnight Stays: Providing care for pets overnight, maintaining their familiar environment.

Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide Accurate Information: Supply accurate information regarding your pets, including any medical conditions or special care needs.
- Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of service booking. You are responsible for any applicable charges related to service bookings.
- Access: You must ensure that our pet specialists have access to your home and any necessary pet care supplies (e.g., food, medications, leashes, etc.).
- Compliance: You agree to comply with applicable laws related to the care of your pets and the use of our services.
Payment and Fees
- Service Fees: Our fees are outlined at the time of booking. Prices for services may vary based on factors such as duration, special care requirements, or location.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 100% charge of the total service fee.
- Cancellations made less than one week before the scheduled service but more than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the total service fee.
- Cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled service but more than one week in advance will incur a 25% charge of the total service fee.
- Cancellations made outside of two weeks will not incur any charges.
- Payment Methods: We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash, Check, and ACH Wire Transfer.
User Content
By submitting any information or media (including photos, pet care details, etc.) to the Site or in connection with the Services, you grant Prestige Pets a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for business purposes related to the services.
Limitation of Liability
- General Disclaimer: While we take great care in providing our services, Prestige Pets is not liable for any damages, injuries, or loss to your pets, property, or home unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of our team.
- Health Emergencies: In the event of a health emergency, we will attempt to contact you or your emergency contact. If we cannot reach you, we are authorized to take necessary actions, including contacting a veterinarian, at your expense.
- Damage to Property: While providing services, if any damage occurs to your property or belongings, we are not responsible unless it results from intentional damage or gross negligence by a Prestige Pets specialist.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal or pet-related information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or in the event of an emergency.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
- Binding Arbitration: Except for disputes involving intellectual property rights, all disputes between you and us shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Nassau County, Florida. You agree to waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
- Arbitration Procedure: Disputes will be resolved by a neutral arbitrator selected by both parties. The arbitration will take place in Nassau County, Florida, and be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
- Waiver of Jury Trial: By agreeing to arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial.
